Lever action flush bolt
The Guild of Architectural Ironmongers publication Glossary of architectural hardware terms defines a lever action flush bolt as 'a flush bolt designed to be morticed into either the leading edge of the door, or the door face. The lever is also in a recess within the bolt to achieve the flush surface.'
